On arrival to the flight training centre you will be greeted with by your own pilot who will take you for your lesson. Firstly, there will be a short discussion and demonstration of the principles of flight and the controls of the plane. You will also plan the route you will take during your flight. Then it's time to jump into the pilot's seat, watching as your instructor takes off and runs through the controls of the cockpit. You will be guided through basic manoeuvres and will be in complete control of the aircraft for most of the flight (under close dual control supervision). Your lesson will last around 30 minutes and the flight time will vary by location but will be at least 15 minutes.
