Lines are open from 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday and 10am - 4pm Saturdays. Lines are also open from 10am until 2pm on all Bank Holidays other than Boxing Day.

Please note, we are unable to redeem vouchers by phone on Saturdays and lines are closed on Sundays.
During Bank Holidays lines are open 10.00 - 14.00 except Christmas Day, New Years & Boxing Day.
