Skydiving In The UK

Skydiving is one of the most exhilarating forms of transit. Reaching speeds of up to 120 mph, it is not for the feint hearted. Parachuting, or Skydiving, is a way of travelling from a high altitude back to ground.

Starting with a free fall out of the plane or helicopter from 13,000 feet, you will race through the air reaching speeds of up to 190 km/h, where you will experience true G-force, before the parachute is deployed and you will quickly decrease your speed to roughly 20 mph before gracefully gliding back to ground. Nothing beats this exhilarating experience.

Tandem Skydiving

Tandem Skydiving is a type of sky dive that is also known as a Tandem Parachute Jump, where you will be connected to a harness which is attached to your instructor. You will be guided by your instructor throughout the whole jump, so you can really take in the view and experience without having to worry about controlling the parachute yourself.

Static Line Parachuting

Static Line Parachuting is a type of parachute jump that is done without an instructor strapped to you. 'Static Line' means you have a cord that is attached to the plane, so when you jump out, the parachute opens automatically without you having to pull it yourself, therefore you have full control over the flight as your parachute is out immediately after you jump.

How old do you have to be to Skydive in the UK?

If you want to experience Skydiving United Kingdom, you have to be at least 16 years of age. Anyone under the age of 18 must get written permission from their parents or guardian.

Terms and Conditions for Skydiving Experiences

Once you order a voucher, it will be dispatched by one of our agency partners by e-voucher or by post, depending on which you choose when you checkout.

Vouchers are valid until the expiry date shown on your Voucher (typically 10-12 months).

In most cases, once you activate your voucher you will be sent the instructions to redeem the voucher directly with the airfield or operator. Because flying experiences (other than simulators) can only take place in suitable/ safe weather conditions, you must be prepared to be flexible on your activity date. If the agent or operator cancels your experience date, they will inform you as soon as possible and do their very best to offer an alternative date or location. Once a specific date has been booked, you will automatically become bound by the terms and conditions that the individual operator may have. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Whilst every effort is made to ensure the descriptions contained on our products are a true reflection of the experience, these do not form part of a contract. If on contacting the operator you feel that the activity taking place no longer accurately represents the activity purchased, the relevant agent will exchange the voucher or refund the purchase price.
