Get a taste of rotary aviation at this fantastic helicopter training and charter service facility at Leeds Heliport! The training centre features the Robinson R22, a two-seater helicopter that you’ll be flying. Leeds Heliport’s location is ideal, with the neighbouring Leeds Bradford International Airport sitting 681 feet above sea level, guaranteeing panoramic views over the countryside. Once airborne, you'll catch glimpses of Yeadon Tarn, Otley Chevin Forest Park, and the Horsforth and Rawdon golf clubs. After learning the basic controls during your ground briefing, you'll have plenty of time to get to grips with piloting the helicopter.
