About the experience

If you’ve already got a few flying lessons under your belt and want to work towards your pilot qualification, this flight training course that’s available in a wide variety of locations nationwide, is ideal for you. In this starter pack you will get a block of three x 1 hour lessons that all start with a classroom style briefing with your pilot ahead of flight time. All the lessons you have throughout this course will count towards the hours you need to study for your Pilots Licence so this is the ultimate experience for someone who is serious about getting qualified for the skies. Not only will you hone the controls but get some practice with six take offs and landings which are vital skills to master. If you’re feeling confident, your pilot may even give you the chance to try altitude turns to headings of 15 and 30 degrees. Although this course has a practical focus, what students often love about it is the combined experience of being in a classroom and learning all about meteorology, navigation and aerodynamics. This knowledge will provide you with an endless background in equipping you to make all kinds of decisions, come what may in the skies. If you know someone who is desperate to tick pilot licence off their bucket list and what to go a bit further than just a casual lesson, this is the perfect course to get started on achieving a lifelong dream.
