Had a fantastic experience was very lucky to have great weather and share the sky with some other amazing planes including the Spitfire.
Brilliant time, location ideal and I was lucky as the weather was also perfect
The on the day experience was very straightforward and uncomplicated. Turned up and 30 minutes later we were on the runway ready to fly. The pilot was calm and put me very much at ease so that I could fully relax and enjoy it. Only note for improvement would be the Classic Wings website which could do with modernising not so easy to navigate.
The procedure, price, ease of redemption, customer help all great Unfortunately my flight didnt happen due to weather but have rebooked. Everyone at into the blue, and at the flight centre have been polite and helpful. Cant wait to get in the air.
What a superb lesson I had. My instructor was fantastic, would not have wanted anyone else beside me. I must admit I was petrified on takeoff but once up and I had the controls, IT WAS AMAZING. I am definately going to do this again and will be recommending this to everyone. etc. Thank you
An excellent and thrilling hours first lesson. Martin was a perfect tutor and allowed me to take control of the Cessna for most of the time, explaining the controls and indicator dials very clearly. I would definitely recommend.

I booked this for my husband for fathers day as a surprise. Ive honestly never seen him so excited, he was absolutely over the moon with it and was so excited when he landed saying hed taken the controls and flown over our house. Best thing Ive ever booked for him
A very enjoyable experience
A warm friendly greeting bu all the staff. Pilot was brilliant and very helpful. We flew over Cambridge and the sights were painted out to me. Difficult to keep the pane level but the pilot was very helpful. It was a great 80th birthday present and topped off by visiting IWM
Great flight, i was able to be hands on for most of the hour.
Had a wonderful experience from start to finish. First registering on Intotheblue website was straight forward, next an easy phone call to the Classic Wings company at IWM Duxford to book a date was straightforward. Come the day, the weather was superb, pleasant staff led to an enjoyable hours flying around Cambridgeshire, Hertfordshire, Huntington and Bedfordshire.
I did not expect that in the 30 minutes of the flying experience I would actually spend over two thirds of it holding the controls. I received this as a gift and was a bit reluctant but the instructor was fantastic. Duxford is one of the best places to choose for this experience. Thoroughly recommend.
