Dont be put off by the location or appearance when you arrive the experience is fantastic, and the service given by Steve and Jaime is second to none. Lovely people who are very welcoming, they helped explain everything and make the experience one to remember. I bought this as a gift for my husband and he loved it. Another thing to mention is the quality of the simulator although it doesnt move it still feels exactly like youre moving, its very realistic. We would definitely go back, and we would recommend it to anyone who loves planes, flying, or anything aviation related

It was a great experience. They made us feel so welcome and nothing was too much trouble. The venue is a bit bizarre but the flight simulator is great.
The staff were very friendly and explained everything. Had great time flying and landing at different airports. Even the kids entertained themselves watching, playing cabin crew and eating all the sweets they could.Definitely recommended.
I bought this Flightdeck Experience as a gift for my husband. On the day the staff were very friendly, welcoming and relaxed. The group consisted of 3 adults and two teenage boys and despite the long distance that we had travelled to attend everyone felt it was well worth it. The experience surpassed expectations and was interactive for all the group not just the designated Pilot. A big thank you to all concerned

This is a great setup, really innovative and effective and its obvious that a lot of effort has gone into making this a realistic and fun experience. Its less commercial than some of the other simulators you might find but that doesnt detract from the experience at all in fact it its much better for it. Its housed in an old warehouse and owned and run by people which a great deal of passion, experience and skill and I was truly impressed Kyle was my instructor. This experience was bought for me as a birthday present as I have been interested in aviation for some years now and I was 45 months pregnant at the time so anybody can do this
Brilliant few hours with Nick our pilot instructor. He and Steve were very welcoming and organised the session to suit us. I have been fortunate enough to fly a BA 747 full motion simulator at Heathrow and much preferred this flight deck experience. The state of the building housing the simulator doesnt fill you with confidence on arrival but dont be put off, they have put their investment into a decent and realistic piece of kit and its great value for money. Fully intend to go back. Many thanks for making this a great birthday present from my son.

This experience was outstanding The realism of both the Boeing 737800 flightdeck and all the surrounding scenery was amazing. Kyle was responsible for my flight a very capable, helpful and patient young instructor. All the other people were very friendly and helpful too. As someone who has done a little flying myself and been interested in Commercial Aviation for over 50 years, I still learnt a lot and will be going back.
highly recommended. My 10yr old son loved it. We were very impressed with the set up and how the staff looked after us. The instructor made my son relaxed and able to learn a vast amount whilst having lots of fun.

A lot to take in at first, but youre soon up in the air and flying a plane.Friendly trained pilots showing you what to do, and the time just flies by.No pun intended obviously.
Very friendly staff and a most enjoyable afternoon. This was a surprise for my husbands 65th birthday, and he loved it. Briefing was a little too technical for us, but we certainly learnt a lot we didnt know.

I found the whole experience truly amazing.The initial briefing given by Nikki a fully qualified pilot was both informative and educational.She explained the theory on how aero dynamics work in a basic way that my wife and daughter felt fully engaged in the experience.The detail on the layout of the cockpit was fully explained by Nikki allowing me to feel confident when I sat in the chair, she showed great patience whilst i was in the SIM, allowing my wife to sit in the jump gave her assurance as she has a fear when landing in a plane, again the confidence came from Nikki , so if anyone does have a fear of flying then I do recommend attending one of these experience days. The staff at the centre were very welcoming friendly and happy to accommodate any ideas that I had re what my expectations were on the day.The experience on the day was one I will always remember and look forward to returning to sample and to build on the knowledge obtained on aviation.So marks out of 10 ..... Would be 10
Very good experience, a little technical at the start with briefing, and maybe just went along a little too long for my taste, but other people would find it interesting. Overall very good value for money, plenty of refreshments and hosts were very friendly
Absolutely brilliant, we bought for my sons 13th birthday, the staff were fantastic the plane is amazing, just like the real thing. I would recommend to anyone we will definitely be going again
Worth every penny and more, nothing bad to say about the experience. The staff were so attentive and informative, it was my partner who flew but they made me feel like i was just as important and made me a part of the fun. We are going to go again and we will be taking our children as they will enjoy as much as we did.
We had a fantastic afternoon with our families. The staff were so friendly and enthusiastic, and informative. I was the only one flying but still a great thing to do and enjoy with my family. The graphic were brilliant. Fazz was my instructor, who helped me fly, he was brilliant. Would highly recommend this experience to anyone. What value you got for your money. We had an excellent day out.The staff were very friendly and helpful and our slot was exactly on time.The quality of the aircraft simulator was superb, even down to the experience my family had as passengers. The simulator was frighteningly realistic from the pilots point of view, and has given me a new insight into the level of skill attained by the real people. I would have loved to be able to spend all day, trying to improve, and I may well go back again.
I cannot recommend this experience enough, very informative Steve and Vicky lovely.The flight experience just fantastic will be back soon with my grandson in tow. Do it and you will remember all your life.
I really enjoyed my experience with flight deck. The people there were friendly, knowledgeable and above all else very patient. The package was good value for money and if I had a slight criticism it was the amenities and facilities not quite living up to the rest of the things on offer. But apart from that I couldnt fault the the enjoyment I had.
This was a superb experience. The realism of the flightdeck, the indepth instruction, and the flying itself of course was such that we will certainly be back. The friendliness of Steve and his wife added to the enjoyment. Our request for an additional airport to try was no problem. The experience was a present from my wife, who, as a PPL herself, was also hugely impressed by the whole setup, not least the passenger cabin with its windows displaying what was being simmed up front. I didnt enjoy the Flightdeck Experience Manchester...........I absolutely loved it. It was fantastic It was a 40th Birthday present from my Wife.The instructor Steve and his Wife Vicky were very welcoming, providing tea, soft drinks and biscuits which my children enjoyed. Steve then took us into the simulator where, after going through the various cockpit controls and switches which took about 20 mins I was then allowed control to taxi to the runway and then takeoff from Luton to fly to Manchester. Instead of sitting around for an hour, he then set the sim up so we were immediately on approach into Manchester, where we went through several scenarios including engine failures, landing in a storm and also in fog. He then asked if there was anywhere we would like to go. My children asked to fly over Paris. Within a minute we were sat on the runway at Charles De Gaulle. We then proceeded to fly over Paris, and Steve even went and sat in the back to see what the view was like from the passenger windows.To end we then tried the infamous checkerboard approach into Hong Kong Kai Tak, before taxiing to the terminal and then having a souvenir photo.I had 1 hours dedicated flying time in the simulator.Even though the sim is static the illusion of flying and movement is very realistic.A fantastic day.
Voucher bought for my sons 14th birthday. Slight technical problem at the beginning, however once this was sorted, they had a thoroughly enjoyable time and had the full hour we had paid for. Very friendly and knowledgeable instructor.Negative although the company welcome family to attend and watch this is slightly boring if you are not participating. The instructor was the only person present so he was making the coffee and trying to sort out the simulator. Overall it was a good experience and one that I would recommend.O
