Looking to discover Brighton and the East Sussex coast from a whole new perspective? This 60 Minute Gyroplane flight experience should tick all the boxes! Taking off from the luxe Art Deco styled Brighton City Airport at Shoreham-by-Sea, you’ll be flying open cockpit style in a RotorSport UK MT-03 gyroplane, flown by your pilot, Lloyd, who was formerly in the Royal Navy and is now passionate about flying gyroplanes, or gyrocopters as they’re sometimes called. This is a really nice one to do especially when it’s the summer, as you’ll get to feel the breeze coming in from the sea, marvel at the breathtaking views over the Adur estuary, Brighton and Worthing and feel some warm sunshine on your face! If you’re up for it, you can even have a go at the controls under Lloyd’s guidance and support when you’re airborne!

Wonderful flight down the South Coast with amazing views of Brighton, Rottingdean and Newhaven. We turned inland at Beachy Head and overflew the AMEX stadium. Lloyd is a fastidious and very safety focused pilot, it felt very comfortable and secure. Wrap up warm even in the supplied warm flying suit and a snood, the wind will find ways in Highly recommended though, it feels a bit like a flying motorbike

The Gyroplane experience was great fun. I always felt safe and secure and the pilot gave a comprehensive safety briefing before we took to the skies. The flight was high enough to give spectacular views of the coast, Brighton, Arundal and the South Downs but low enough to pick out details in the country side. I had a minor issue with my original booking but the staff at Into The Blue resolved it quickly. Would highly recomend Into the Blue and the Gyroplane experience.
