Pilot and ground crew were excellent . Unfortunately the booking process was not so good Date time 13.00 please arrive at 12.30 were booked by telephone . I requested a confirmation Email it did not arrive .A week later I telephoned again time of flight was still 13.00 was promised a confirmation Email would be sent checked they had correct Email address still did not receive it. Arrived at Airport at 12.30 as instructed only to be told the flight was now 13.35 or later . Everyone I spoke to said the lack of confirmation was an admin problem not theirs . The eventual experience was not spoilt by the delay but I do feel the Helicentre Aviation admin team are letting the side down
