The Boeing 737-800 is one of the most widely used commercial airliners, and the simulator at the Peterborough training centre is a top-of-the-line, professional training device utilized by real pilots. With a 210-degree visual system and full audio and motion cues, you'll feel every aspect of the flight, from take-off to turbulence, in a remarkably realistic way. No experience is necessary, as your simulator instructor, many of whom are current or retired airline pilots, will tailor the session to your preferences. With over 25,000 airports available on the system, the options for your flight are endless. To get fully immersed in the experience, start at home with the free flight deck e-books, offering a captivating glimpse into the world of commercial airline piloting. Bring your friends and family along to the Peterborough simulator centre. As the Captain, you can invite one guest to sit in the ‘jump seat' in the cockpit, and there's room for up to eight people in the business-class cabin. With moving maps, cabin window visuals, authentic sounds, vibrations, and functional overhead panels and PA announcement system, the experience is as real as it gets.

Information
- One guest may join you in the 'jump seat' located behind the captains seat for your simulator experience
- A further 8 seats in the Business class cabin allow any additional guests to take part in the fully-immersive experience
- Minimum age 7
- Under 16s must be accompanied on site by an adult over 18
- Good, general mobility is required for this experience
- Not suitable for those who suffer from claustrophobia, motion sickness, epilepsy, those with restricted mobility or with a nervous disposition
Minimum Age: 7 years
- This is a fixed base simulator and does not move
- Loose comfortable smart casual clothing and flat shoes should be worn
- There are a number of add-ons that you may wish to add to your experience when booking your date, payable direct
- Gate to Gate: (£25) An additional 15 minutes giving you the opportunity to start the aircraft engines, taxi to the runway and return to the gate, completing a full shutdown
- Framed Photograph (£10) Have a photo taken, of you in the pilots chair, cockpit in the background. Your guest is welcome to join you in the photograph
- Video Footage: (£25) 3HD cameras in the cockpit will capture your entire flight experience
- First Class Pass: (£50) Gate to Gate + Framed Photograph + Video Footage
