Take the first steps towards learning to fly by booking a One Day Flying Course from Yatesbury Airfield Wiltshire. You will spend a full day with your experienced instructor having three separate briefings and lessons. During the day you will learn about the aircraft you will be flying as well as procedures you will have to follow to fly. Each of the three lessons will include around 45 minutes of flying time, where you will get hands-on experience navigating the skies. There will also be many opportunities to take photos of your experience so don't forget your camera but if you don't have one, you can purchase the gopro video of your flights on the day. The sports aircraft you will be getting your hands on will be an Ikarus C42 which is a fixed wing, closed cockpit aircraft, which are so light they are actually classed as a microlight.
