About the experience
When you take off on a Slingsby T67 Firefly from Goodwood Aerodrome, you'll be in for an extreme experience of g-forces that can only be matched by astronauts during space flights. The goal of this flight is to fully immerse you in the g-forces that the T67 is capable of, which are much higher than those experienced during a typical take-off roll of a Boeing 737. While a 737 may generate a g-force of around 0.4 during take-off, the T67 Firefly can reach up to 3g at take-off, giving you an idea of the scale of things. Once in the air, you'll be able to perform aerial manoeuvres that will expose you to serious positive and negative g-forces. The flight is all about speed, angles, and the rate of acceleration or deceleration. It's going to be an intense 30-minute experience that will put your nerves and stomach to the test, but the rewards are amazing, with sensations that are usually reserved for astronauts and cosmonauts.

Information
- Participants are welcome to bring up to two guests who may attend all briefings (subject to space)
- Additional guests are allowed, however, they may not be accommodated in the crew room
- It is not recommended to bring children to the airfield
- Minimum age 12, over 71's will need a doctors confirmation that you are fit to fly, and take part in this experience
- Height restrictions: minimum 5ft, maximum 6ft 5ins
- Maximum weight is 17 stone
- You will be required to complete a medical self certification form before flying
- Light flat shoes with good grip must be worn - trainers are ideal
- You will be kitted out with genuine military flying suits - please wear comfortable casual clothes to go underneath
- Changing facilities are limited
- Cameras are not allowed on board the aircraft
