The day runs like clockwork, with your instructors, ground crew, meet and greet team, pilots and photographers all working together to make sure everything goes smoothly. Here’s what to expect: about 40 minutes of preparation on the ground, a 15-minute flight up to 10,000 feet, then around 30 seconds of freefall at 120 miles per hour. At 5,000 feet your parachute opens, giving you a calm, scenic glide back down while you take in the spectacular views of Gower’s beaches, cliffs and coves. Once you land safely back at the drop zone, most people are shouting ‘That was incredible!’ and asking ‘When can I do it again?’ And if one jump isn’t enough, you can always book another voucher for a 10,000ft or even a 15,000 ft skydive.
