Very welcoming and friendly. Had email before to ask if there were any particular routes or flights to tailor to your requirements. Jon was very friendly and explained everything clearly and couldnt do enough to make sure the experience went smoothly. Would recommend and look forward to doing this experience again as there are so many variables that mean each session would be different.
Amazing First Time Experience
A Massive thank you to John he was an absolute saint. He was patient from the very beginning answering any questions about the 737 experience i highly recommend that you go and try it for yourselves as well. It felt real and gave me a better understanding of what a pilots job it but overall I thoroughly enjoyed the experience and would love to do it again at some stage
J was highly recommended as my daughter struggles with her focus, I was told he was best guy for the job very patient. This was an understatement J was more than patient, friendly very clear with instructions making it easy for my child to follow. His approach was amazing, his compliments on her skill sounded genuine were confidence boosting. He spoke with both my kids made this an exceptional memory that wont be forgotten. A lovely facility that was comfortable all staff interaction been positive well handled. Will not hesitate to recommend ior return
Excellent reception by the trainer, J. Put us our ease with visitors in the cabin. Very good and clear instructions with choices of what to do, with some challenges. I elected a landing at Gibraltar. Very successfulMy grandson, Stanley, accepted the chance and at 14, measured up to the opportunity. The trainer has offered us the opportunity to do a Poseidon flight, which we look forward to taking up.

Well, Jason more than made up for the fact that this experience had been delayed by 6 months. This was due to problems with the simulator fitting in with school holidays. I booked 2 hours as my grandson wants to eventually become a pilot. Jason gave us 3 HOURS His advice, training experience was fantastic He provided my grandson with an experience hell never forget, by putting him through his paces creating scenarios that were awesome Well done 737 Flight Experience. You guys are amazing I cant thank you enough.
A really good experience My son and nephew 15 and 16 shared the experience and had a great time. Its also a great venue if you are walking the dog afterwards Shoreham harbour is nearby and the art deco cafe next to the runways is also brilliant if a little noisy at times and pricey. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic. I cant recommend this highly enough.
We flew a number of routes into gradually more challenging airports, so I was able to improve my technique as we went along. Chris who ran the experience today was great giving me just the right amount of information at each stage and letting me fly the routes. Its hard work, keeping tabs on speed, altitude, bearing, trim etc at the same time, but really rewarding when you get it right.

Very enjoyable but ended prematurely due to simulator malfunction. Compensation of 50 offered which I accepted. A great insight that adequate me realise that being a pilot is not easy

This was a great experience with a very knowledgeable instructor pilot great flight can recommend this for anyone who facies taking control of a 737 without leaving tha ground. The upgrade since l last had a flight there is emmence with upgraded cockpit and software .

Both family members had a fantastic time , the flight was very realistic , and enabled you to experience the feeling of being a pilot.The staff member was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, so you were able to get a good insight into flying.I would highly recommend this as a gift
