Those who think they'd be pretty nifty piloting a commercial Boeing 737-800 plane can get a chance to do so on this awesome and realistic fixed-base flight simulator! You'll be heading to Brighton City Airport, a stunning Art Deco airport based at Shoreham-by-Sea, to meet the team who run these incredible experiences that are so close to real life you'll think you'll have taken off for real - all without leaving the ground! That's because every attention to detail has been accounted for, from the visuals on the hi-res screens, to the working controls and the replica cockpit setting. You'll get the option of which destination you want to virtually fly to from a database of 22,000 airports, and you can even up the ante by controlling the weather conditions, or even practice some emergency in-flight scenarios. A guest is welcome along to sit and watch you from the jump seat, and you've got plenty to explore around the airport itself after your session as well.

Information
- One guest may accompany you for the experience
- The guest can sit in the 'jump seat' which is situated behind the Captain's seat in the cockpit of the simulator
- A maximum of 5 guests can wait in the reception area
- This is a 'fixed base' simulator and although it doesn't move due to visual trickery you will be convinced it did!
- Drinks and refreshments can be purchased from the airfield café and restaurant
- Location is Brighton City Airport (Shoreham), West Sussex

- Under 18s must be accompanied on site by an adult
- The Flightdeck is a genuine scale replica, it may not be suitable for people of certain body dimensions (height or weight). Please check prior to purchase if you have any concerns
- A degree of physical mobility will be required in order to access the flight deck and take up your seat in the cockpit
- May not be suitable for customers with photo sensitive epilepsy or who have a sensitivity to strobe lighting effects, have back or neck problems and those who are pregnant
- This experience is not suitable for wheelchair users

Very welcoming and friendly. Had email before to ask if there were any particular routes or flights to tailor to your requirements. Jon was very friendly and explained everything clearly and couldnt do enough to make sure the experience went smoothly. Would recommend and look forward to doing this experience again as there are so many variables that mean each session would be different.

A Massive thank you to John he was an absolute saint. He was patient from the very beginning answering any questions about the 737 experience i highly recommend that you go and try it for yourselves as well. It felt real and gave me a better understanding of what a pilots job it but overall I thoroughly enjoyed the experience and would love to do it again at some stage

J was highly recommended as my daughter struggles with her focus, I was told he was best guy for the job very patient. This was an understatement J was more than patient, friendly very clear with instructions making it easy for my child to follow. His approach was amazing, his compliments on her skill sounded genuine were confidence boosting. He spoke with both my kids made this an exceptional memory that wont be forgotten. A lovely facility that was comfortable all staff interaction been positive well handled. Will not hesitate to recommend ior return

Excellent reception by the trainer, J. Put us our ease with visitors in the cabin. Very good and clear instructions with choices of what to do, with some challenges. I elected a landing at Gibraltar. Very successfulMy grandson, Stanley, accepted the chance and at 14, measured up to the opportunity. The trainer has offered us the opportunity to do a Poseidon flight, which we look forward to taking up.
